Warranty Registration

Effective March 2026  |  Consumer Protection Act, 2019

 

01   Why Register

Registering your product ensures warranty coverage, enables faster claim processing and protects your consumer rights. Failure to register within the stipulated period may result in delays or rejection of warranty claims.

 

02   Registration Requirements

       Register within 30 days of product delivery unless the product page states a different period

       You will need your Order ID, product name and model, date of purchase, name, contact number and email

       Retain the original purchase invoice as it may be required for any warranty claim

       Each product must be registered separately

       Products via Amazon or partner platforms must be registered on that platform's warranty process

 

03   Warranty Periods by Category

Skincare and Cosmetics

No warranty. Products are non-returnable once used.

Electronics and Electrical Appliances

As specified by the manufacturer, typically 6 to 12 months

Home and Kitchen Appliances

As specified by the manufacturer, typically 6 to 24 months

Trekking and Outdoor Gear

As specified by the manufacturer on the product page

Personal Safety Products

As specified by the manufacturer on the product page

Extended Warranty if purchased

As per the Extended Warranty Policy

 

04   Coverage and Exclusions

Covered

       Manufacturing defects identified under normal use within the warranty period

       Electrical or mechanical failures not due to external causes

Not Covered

       Damage from misuse, accident, negligence or unauthorised modification

       Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or consumable parts

       Claims after the warranty period has expired

       Claims without original invoice or proof of registration

       Products with missing, altered or damaged serial numbers

 

05   How to Claim

Email care@zeniklifestyle.com with Order ID, serial number and defect description supported by photos or video

Our team verifies your registration and responds within 3 to 4 working days

If valid, you receive instructions for product inspection or return

Product is inspected and repair or replacement is at Zenik Lifestyle's discretion

 

06   Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer's statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 or any other applicable Indian law. If you are unsatisfied with our warranty resolution, you retain the right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
