01   Shipping Coverage and Timelines

We ship pan-India only. International shipping is not available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier performance, weather, natural disasters or government restrictions. We shall not be liable for delays caused by such factors.

 

Metro Cities

3 to 5 business days after dispatch

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities

5 to 7 business days after dispatch

Remote and Rural Areas

7 to 10 business days after dispatch

North-East India

10 to 14 business days after dispatch

Order Processing

1 to 2 business days before dispatch

Weekend and Holiday Orders

02   Important Delivery Guidelines

For Wrong, Missing or Damaged Items

       Refusal OTP: Share the courier OTP only if you wish to accept the delivery. Share it to refuse only when you intend to reject the order at the door. Do not share the OTP if you are unsure about the package condition.

       Inspect the Package: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery agent immediately or call us at +91 77438 62619 in the presence of the delivery agent.

       No Unattended Deliveries: Ensure that you or an authorised person personally receives the package. Zenik Lifestyle is not responsible for any claims if the package is left unattended or accepted by an unauthorised person.

       Unboxing Video: Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video the moment you open the package. Report any damaged, missing or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video. Claims without a video may be rejected.

 

03   Return Policy

Return Window

 

Strict 24-Hour Deadline

All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. This is a firm, non-negotiable deadline. Failure to raise a request within 24 hours is treated as acceptance of the product in satisfactory condition. No return, claim or refund will be entertained thereafter.

 

Products Eligible for Return

       Product received is visibly damaged, broken or defective and supported by an unboxing video

       Product received is entirely different from what was ordered

       Product is incomplete with confirmed missing parts or accessories

       Product is dead on arrival, meaning non-functional upon first use

Products NOT Eligible for Return

       Return request raised after 24 hours of delivery with no exceptions

       Product has been used, opened, washed or altered after delivery

       Original packaging, tags, invoice, accessories or manuals are missing or damaged

       No unboxing video provided for damage or missing item claims

       Product listed as Non-Returnable on the product page at time of purchase

       Skincare, cosmetics and personal hygiene products once the seal is broken

       Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or accident after delivery

 

Return Process

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return and unboxing video

Our team reviews your request within 3 to 4 working days and confirms eligibility

If approved, pack the product securely in original packaging with all accessories and invoice included

04

Return the product to our warehouse as instructed and retain the return tracking number

05

Product is physically inspected at our warehouse within 3 to 5 working days of receipt

06

Refund is initiated only after the product passes warehouse inspection and approval

UPI and Net Banking

3 to 7 business days, credited to the source account

Paytm and Wallets

2 to 5 business days, directly to wallet balance

Cash on Delivery

7 to 14 business days via NEFT to registered bank account

Amazon and Platform Orders

As per the respective platform's refund policy

 

When a Refund May Be Rejected

       Product returned in used, damaged or incomplete condition

       Original packaging, invoice, tags, manuals or accessories are missing

       Request made after the 24-hour eligible period

       Product listed as non-refundable on the product page

       Seller or platform rejects the refund after physical inspection
