Effective March 2026  |  Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

 

01   Grievance Officer

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, Zenik Lifestyle Private Limited has designated a Grievance Officer. All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.

02   Types of Complaints We Handle

       Order not received or delayed beyond the communicated delivery date

       Product received is damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete

       Refund not received within the stated timeline after return approval

       Misleading product description or price discrepancy

       Privacy or data protection concerns

       Warranty or extended warranty claim disputes

       Any unfair trade practice under Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

 

03   How to File a Complaint

Gather your Order ID, product name, purchase date, invoice, photos and unboxing video before contacting us

Email care@zeniklifestyle.com or call +91 77438 62619 with the full details of your complaint

You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference number within 48 hours

04

Our team investigates and may request additional documents or evidence from you

05

You will be informed of the outcome within 30 days. Resolution may include refund, replacement, repair or explanation

06

If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline or Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
