01 Grievance Officer

02 Types of Complaints We Handle
• Order not received or delayed beyond the communicated delivery date
• Product received is damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete
• Refund not received within the stated timeline after return approval
• Misleading product description or price discrepancy
• Privacy or data protection concerns
• Warranty or extended warranty claim disputes
• Any unfair trade practice under Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Gather your Order ID, product name, purchase date, invoice, photos and unboxing video before contacting us |

You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference number within 48 hours |

Our team investigates and may request additional documents or evidence from you |

If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline or Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission |
