01   Shipping

Zenik Lifestyle ships pan-India only. Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to courier issues, weather or force majeure are outside our control and will not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

Metro Cities

3 to 5 business days

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities

5 to 7 business days

Remote Areas

7 to 10 business days

North-East India

10 to 14 business days

 

02   Delivery Guidelines

       Refusal OTP: Share the OTP only upon accepting the delivery. Do not share the OTP if the package appears damaged.

       Inspect the Package: Refuse a visibly damaged or tampered package and call +91 77438 62619 in the presence of the delivery agent.

       No Unattended Deliveries: You or an authorised person must receive the package. We are not liable for packages left unattended.

       Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video and report all issues within 24 hours of delivery.

 

03   Replacement Policy

Eligible for Replacement

       Product confirmed defective, damaged or wrong, supported by an unboxing video, reported within 24 hours

       Product is dead on arrival meaning non-functional upon first use

NOT Eligible for Replacement

       Report raised after 24 hours of delivery

       No unboxing video provided as proof

       Product shows signs of use, tampering or damage caused after delivery

       Product is listed as non-replaceable on the product page

 

Replacement Process

Report within 24 hours via email or call with Order ID, photos and unboxing video

Our team reviews within 3 to 4 working days and confirms eligibility

03

If approved, product is returned to our warehouse for inspection

04

Replacement is dispatched after warehouse inspection confirms the reported defect

 

04   Partner Platform Orders

Products purchased via Amazon.in or partner platforms are governed by those platforms' policies. Zenik Lifestyle has no control over delivery or replacement for such orders.
