Zenik Lifestyle Private Limited welcomes collaborations with content creators, influencers, bloggers, YouTubers and brand advocates who align with our values of quality, authenticity and consumer trust. All collaborations are subject to these terms and applicable Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and ASCI Guidelines.

 

Product Review	Creator receives products free of charge in exchange for an honest review on agreed platforms
Paid Promotion	Creator is compensated monetarily for promotional content. Terms agreed in writing before work begins
Affiliate Partnership	Creator earns commission on sales driven through their unique referral code or link
Brand Ambassador	Long-term partnership with agreed deliverables, exclusivity and compensation under a separate agreement
Giveaway Collaboration	Creator hosts a product giveaway with terms and duration agreed in advance in writing

 

•       All sponsored or paid content must be clearly disclosed with Ad, Sponsored or PaidPartnership tags per ASCI Guidelines

•       Creators must not make false, exaggerated or misleading claims about Zenik Lifestyle products

•       Content must not defame, misrepresent or damage the reputation of Zenik Lifestyle

•       Creators must not use Zenik Lifestyle's trademark, logo or brand assets without prior written approval

•       Content violating the IT Act 2000 or Copyright Act 1957 is strictly prohibited

•       Zenik Lifestyle reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these guidelines

 

Content created in collaboration with Zenik Lifestyle may be repurposed by Zenik Lifestyle across its own platforms unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The creator retains ownership of original content but grants Zenik Lifestyle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it. Creators must not use Zenik Lifestyle's intellectual property beyond the agreed collaboration without prior written consent.

 

Zenik Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate any collaboration without liability if the creator violates these terms, if content is found to be fraudulent or misleading, or if the creator's conduct damages Zenik Lifestyle's brand. In such cases, all products received must be returned and any outstanding payments may be withheld.
