01 What is Extended Warranty
An Extended Warranty provides continued product coverage beyond the standard manufacturer warranty period. It covers repair or replacement in the event of manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and exclusions below. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.
02 Eligibility
• Available only for eligible product categories as specified on the product page
• Product must be registered within 30 days of delivery unless stated otherwise
• Original purchase invoice from ZenikLifestyle.com must be retained as proof of purchase
• Products purchased via Amazon or partner platforms are subject to those platforms' terms
03 What is Covered
• Manufacturing defects arising under normal use within the extended warranty period
• Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by external damage, misuse or accident
• Repair or replacement of defective parts at Zenik Lifestyle's sole discretion
04 Exclusions
• Physical damage, cracks or breakage due to mishandling, dropping or accident
• Liquid damage, water exposure or damage from environmental conditions
• Damage caused by use contrary to the product manual or operating instructions
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration or consumable parts such as batteries
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications or tampering
• Loss or theft of the product
• Products with a damaged, missing or altered serial number
• Software issues, virus damage or data loss
• Products not registered within the stipulated registration window
05 Claim Process

Our team reviews and responds within 3 to 4 working days |

If approved, you receive instructions for product inspection or service |

Product is inspected and repair or replacement is at Zenik Lifestyle's sole discretion |

If the defect falls under exclusions, no remedy is provided and the product is returned to you |
06 Limitation of Liability
Zenik Lifestyle's liability under the Extended Warranty is limited to repair or replacement up to the original purchase value. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the product defect or warranty claim process.
