01   Cancellation Policy

When Can You Cancel

You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been processed, packed, dispatched or shipped. Cancellations are time-sensitive and must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.

Eligible for Cancellation

       Order placed but not yet processed or packed by the seller

       Cancellation request submitted within 12 hours of placing the order

       Product is not listed as Non-Cancellable on the product page

NOT Eligible for Cancellation

       Order has already been shipped or dispatched

       Product is marked as non-cancellable at time of purchase

       Order placed on Amazon or a partner platform. Follow that platform's cancellation process

       Customised or digital products after order confirmation

 

02   Important Delivery Guidelines

       Refusal OTP: Share the courier OTP only if you wish to cancel the order at the door.

       Inspect the Package: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery agent or call us at +91 77438 62619 in the presence of the agent.

       No Unattended Deliveries: Ensure that you personally receive the package. We are not responsible for claims if the package is left unattended.

       Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video and report any damaged, missing or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

 

03   Refund After Cancellation

Credit and Debit Card

5 to 10 business days after cancellation approval

UPI and Net Banking

3 to 7 business days after cancellation approval

Wallets

2 to 5 business days after cancellation approval

Cash on Delivery

7 to 14 business days via NEFT to registered bank account

Amazon and Platform Orders

As per the respective platform's refund policy
