These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ZenikLifestyle.com and the purchase of products listed on it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a valid and enforceable contract under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Only persons who are 18 years of age or older, are of sound mind and are not disqualified from entering into contracts by any law, can use ZenikLifestyle.com. Minors may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

 

By using ZenikLifestyle.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law and that your use does not violate any applicable law. Zenik Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or terminate accounts at its sole discretion without notice.

An order placed on ZenikLifestyle.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed upon Zenik Lifestyle's order confirmation. Zenik Lifestyle may cancel any order for pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

•       We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where available

•       All digital payments are governed by RBI guidelines

•       Zenik Lifestyle does not store card or payment credentials on its servers

 

All content on ZenikLifestyle.com including text, logos, images, product descriptions and website design is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

 

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Zenik Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages; loss of profit or data; or delays beyond our reasonable control. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India including the IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Indian Contract Act 1872, DPDP Act 2023 and Legal Metrology Act 2009. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
